Online Support Options During the 4th of July Holiday

Doba offers an extensive array of helpful articles, answers to frequently asked questions, multimedia tutorials, and even email support year round (note: email responses are generated in the order we receive them). Click on any of the items below to access these and additional support channels during the 4th of July holiday weekend and Monday the 5th:

As you can see, Doba membership has its benefits, so for non-Doba retailers, if you’d like to access any of the above Doba member-only services during the 4th of July holiday, feel free to try our FREE 7-day Trial. In the meantime, here’s wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day!

Important Note About Doba Suppliers: The majority of wholesale drop ship suppliers and manufacturers will be closed for the holiday, also. Keep this in mind as supplier shipments may be delayed due to Monday closures (also, the U.S. Postal Service has the day off on Monday, which is also likely to impact shipments and delivers from some suppliers).

As Doba’s Manager of Service, I have the opportunity to interact with our customers on a daily basis, which means — more than anyone else here at the company — I know all too well what the most commonly raised questions are regarding our services. Tops on the list of the most commonly asked questions:

  1. What should I sell?
  2. How do I find products with high profit margins?
  3. How do I rediscover items on Doba once I’ve sold them on eBay or elsewhere?

Confusing at first, once you have a handle on these three issues, your Doba experience — not to mention your experience selling online — is bound to more enjoyable and rewarding.

Doba’s 2009 Holiday Schedule

Categories: Announcements, Doba
Comments »
It’s that time of year again, when businesses all across the United States and elsewhere around the globe, close up shop for certain days associated with the holiday season. Here at Doba, we’re pleased to give our staff some much deserved time off. Please note the following holiday hours for Doba through the 3rd of January:
  • Thursday, December 24 – Sunday, December 27: Closed *
  • Monday, December 28 – Thursday, December 31: Open from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. MTN Time
  • Friday, January 1 – Sunday, January 3: Closed *
* While our offices will be closed on some of the dates listed above, the Doba member website will be available for online retailers during the entire holiday season. Anyone new to using Doba or who has questions about our software can tap into our recently updated multi-media tutorials, which can be found under the Education tab in the member area of Doba.com. We encourage anyone needing assistance to start there, and if it’s not an emergency, to send an email message to support [at] doba [dot] com, where messages will receive a swift response once we reopen after each of the identified holiday breaks.
On behalf of everyone here on staff at Doba, please accept my heartfelt wishes for a safe, happy, and prosperous holiday season. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and look forward to supporting you in growing your business in 2010 and beyond.
Important Wholesale Supplier Warning: Please be aware that it is very common for drop ship suppliers and manufacturers to close their doors from Christmas through New Years, which will effect the duration of time it takes to receive a response regarding an order, RMA, etc. We sincerely and respectfully ask that you be patient with us during this time of year, as we too plan for these delays which are out of our control.
